Authorities are closely monitoring a low-pressure system in the Arabian Sea, which could intensify into a tropical depression.
Motorists are advised to be cautious and avoid unnecessary travel during the rainy conditions. The Abu Dhabi Police have emphasized the importance of following speed limits, particularly those shown on electronic signs, and driving with low beam lights during reduced visibility. With water pooling on roads and some areas being severely affected by flash floods, residents in the eastern and northern parts of the country are urged to take precautionary measures and monitor weather updates closely.
