Dubai, UAE: The second draw of the UAE Lottery concluded on Saturday evening, with 11 participants winning Dh100,000 each. While four winners matched the draw numbers, seven were guaranteed winners selected through their Lucky IDs. However, the grand prize of Dh100 million and the second prize of Dh1 million remain unclaimed.

No Grand Prize Winner Yet

For the second time since the lottery's launch, no participant successfully matched the exact sequence of the winning combination required to secure the Dh100 million jackpot. The sequence for this draw was 20, 11, 8, 17, 27, 23, 8. According to the UAE Lottery's official website, the odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 8.8 million.

The seven guaranteed winners of Dh100,000 were selected through their Lucky IDs. The winning IDs were:

Over 12,000 Winners

A total of 12,329 participants walked away with prizes in the second draw, including 183 winners of Dh1,000 each and more than 12,000 winners of Dh100. The draw was held live at 8:30 p.m., further building excitement for the growing number of participants.

Participant Experiences

The lottery has created a buzz among residents. Mohammed Shahid, a businessman from Pakistan, participated for the first time and spent around Dh400 on tickets and scratch cards. While he didn’t win the jackpot, Shahid managed to recover his expenses through smaller wins totaling Dh400. He expressed enthusiasm for the game, saying, "It’s exciting, and I’ll definitely try my luck again."

Similarly, regular raffle participant Ram Kumar spent Dh200 and won smaller amounts through scratch cards, making a profit of Dh100. Both participants highlighted the importance of managing expenses while enjoying the thrill of the game.

Promoting Responsible Gaming

The UAE Lottery has partnered with Takalam, an AI-powered mental health platform, to promote responsible gaming. This collaboration offers free counseling sessions to address concerns about gaming behaviors, ensuring participants play responsibly while enjoying the experience.

Next Draw Scheduled for January 11, 2025

With two draws completed and no grand prize winner yet, the anticipation for the January 11, 2025 draw continues to grow. Participants remain hopeful for a chance to claim the life-changing Dh100 million jackpot.
