Could you briefly tell us about your background and how it led you to start your business?
I hold an MBA in Marketing along with five certifications from the Canadian University of Real Estate (OREA). I am an entrepreneurial and accomplished sales and marketing professional with a progressive track record of success in planning, developing, and executing strategic plans to increase an organization’s growth, profitability, efficiency, and market share across various industries, including Real Estate (for the past 20 years), Timeshare, Life Insurance, FMCG, MLM, and Luxury Brands. I have demonstrated expertise in training and developing sales and marketing associates and managers while providing high-quality customer service. I am adept at identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities. My extensive background includes establishing four businesses from scratch into billion AED companies. I am a proven leader with a history of building, training, developing, and motivating high-performance teams to exceed all goals.

What does your business focus on, and how is it positioned in the market?
Since 2003, my focus has been entirely on the UAE real estate sector. I have dedicated my career to brokerage and private real estate development, which provided me with the opportunity to become a real estate professional. My diverse experience in the property market has enabled me to expand a portfolio worth billions of dollars in Dubai, UAE. My expertise in marketing real estate has also allowed me to train over 1,000 sales professionals and managers.
I oversee operations, sales, agent procedures, and business planning while managing full business strategies and organizing over 3,700 agents worldwide. I also arrange and attend global exhibitions, lead six roadshow teams, and support 10 sales teams consisting of over 800 sales staff. Additionally, I monitor all brokerages bringing prospects to the company.
Currently, I manage over 3,700 agents across 38 different countries, plan roadshows, participate in exhibitions, conclude and negotiate bulk sales deals, handle underwriting contracts, and create policies to drive business development. I have prepared six international teams representing the Middle East, India, Pakistan, China, Africa, France, Germany, and the UK.
