With more than 20 years of experience in aviation and logistics, I have led transformational changes across passenger and cargo operations. My expertise has extended across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, where I have driven market expansion and strategic optimization.

During my tenure as Head of Cargo at Air Arabia, I successfully scaled cargo revenues from $3 million to $60 million while overseeing operations for three subsidiary airlines. As Country Manager for Sri Lanka and South India, I played a critical role in network expansion, market penetration, and commercial strategy development.

In Saudi Arabia, I significantly enhanced Air Arabia’s market presence, expanding the agent network from 60 to 500 and launching an outsourced call center to improve customer service. Additionally, I introduced innovative distribution strategies that strengthened market share and improved operational efficiency.
