Winter Storm Disrupts Air Travel in the US
The storm has caused widespread disruptions, with hundreds of domestic and international flights canceled or delayed across the United States. Major cities and states including New York, Philadelphia, and Texas have been particularly affected, as snow and icy conditions paralyzed airports and roadways.
Customer Information and Rebooking Options
Emirates advised passengers whose flights were impacted to reach out to travel agents for alternative arrangements. For customers who booked directly with Emirates, the airline has recommended contacting local offices for rebooking assistance.
“Please check the latest information on your flights by visiting the flight status page,” Emirates said in a statement, apologizing for any inconvenience caused by the cancellations.
At the time of this report, Etihad Airways had not yet responded regarding any flight adjustments due to the ongoing storm.
