Dubai Police, in collaboration with e& UAE, has introduced a groundbreaking home security system aimed at enhancing residential safety. Announced during the Gitex Global event, the system integrates advanced IoT-based sensors, motion detectors, and surveillance cameras to detect any unusual movements within homes. These devices are monitored round-the-clock, ensuring swift action if any suspicious activities are identified.

The smart security cameras differentiate between routine household movements and potential threats, triggering alerts to a 24/7 monitoring center. Installed discreetly at entry points, the system includes door and window sensors that detect unauthorized openings. When triggered, these sensors send an immediate notification to the monitoring team, who can verify the situation and alert the authorities if needed.

Masood M Sharif Mahmood, CEO of e& UAE, emphasized that this system is a pioneering move in the UAE's efforts to integrate smart technology into everyday life. For the first time, an IoT-based security system is directly linked to immediate police response, providing residents with an unprecedented level of safety and peace of mind.

The launch of this innovative system marks a significant step towards making Dubai a more secure and technologically advanced city, ensuring that residential properties are continuously monitored and protected.
