Charges and Legal Proceedings
The defendants, aged between 25 and 35, face charges under Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021, related to illegal entry and exit of foreigners, in addition to murder charges.
During court proceedings conducted via video link, the suspects admitted to illegally leaving the UAE. They were sentenced to one month in prison, followed by deportation for the immigration violation.
