Two Dubai-based expatriates struck it big in the latest Big Ticket weekly draw, each winning Dh250,000. The winners, MD Mozammal Hoque Bhuiyan Akterar Zaman Bhuiyan and Alamgir Hafezur Rahman, were selected as part of the February weekly e-Draw series, which announces two winners every week.

A Life-Changing Win for Expats

Bhuiyan, a 47-year-old driver from Bangladesh, has been purchasing Big Ticket entries every month for seven years with a group of 20 friends. While he hasn’t finalized his plans for the winnings, he emphasized that he would share the prize with his group.

"This win has strengthened my belief in Big Ticket, and I will definitely continue buying more entries," Bhuiyan said.

Meanwhile, Rahman, a 42-year-old security guard, has been living in Dubai for 15 years and regularly buys tickets with a group of 10 colleagues.

"Winning has given us even more hope. Some of us will use the money to pay off debts back home, while others will support their families," he shared.

Dh20 Million Grand Prize Awaits Lucky Winner

The Dh20 million grand prize will be awarded to one lucky ticket holder this February. Besides the grand prize, Big Ticket continues its weekly draws, offering Dh250,000 each to two winners.
