Dubai-based resident Mohammad Burqaiba won a one-bedroom apartment from Damac Properties as part of the Dubai Home Festival (DHF) Mega Draw. The life-changing announcement came during the sixth season of the festival, organized by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) in collaboration with Dubai Islamic Bank and Visa.
