It all started with the founding of a nursery in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), where I laid the foundation for my lifelong journey in education. That early step ignited a flame within me to empower and inspire young individuals, and it has led me to where I am today—leading my own education consultancy company. Throughout my career, I have focused on mentoring students and educators alike, recognizing the profound and lasting impact that effective educational leadership can have.
My career trajectory has been filled with transformative moments that have shaped my professional purpose. While I initially worked in various educational capacities, it was the opportunity to guide students as they pursued their academic and career aspirations that truly resonated with me. I found immense satisfaction in providing them with the resources and support they needed to reach their potential. A defining moment in my journey came in the year 2000, when I established the first Canadian University Branch Campus in Dubai Knowledge Village for the University of New Brunswick. This was a significant milestone that solidified my path in education, as I worked to establish esteemed foreign university branch campuses in the UAE.
After 35 years of serving as a senior leader in international institutions, I reached a pivotal moment in my career. In March 2019, I received the prestigious GCC Leadership Award, an honor among esteemed GCC Women Leaders, which propelled me into the entrepreneurial realm. It was at that moment that I founded MS Education Consultants, with the goal of continuing my work in assisting students globally. Through this consultancy, I am able to provide personalized guidance to students and help them achieve their academic dreams. This journey is not just a profession—it’s a true passion.
